Hey Earendil,Earendil έγραψε: ↑Τρί Ιαν 12, 2021 9:38 pmHey Lars,
thanks for joining our discussion. First off, congratulations. I really love the app and have been using it repeatedly for the past 4 days. I think I'm stuck with it.
From my limited time of usage, the only thing that strikes me as a possible improvement is the following:
For the past month I've been using "COFFEE A" BEANS. However I have 3 packs with different roasting dates. So this practically means that I need to register COFFEE A, 3 times as 3 different beans (since they have different roasting dates), in order to have my brew measurements registered correctly.
That is not difficult to do with the "Repeat" function. However after eg. a year when I will have many different beans (COFFEE A, B, C... Z) from many different varieties registered it'd be nice to have all the same beans categorized together. So have all the COFFEE As categorized together and so on. Am I making any sense?
Don't get me wrong. I really love your app. I'm picking into the details now
thanks for your kind words, it makes me happy to see the coffee app growing and spreading so much love and joy.
I think got your point and it makes sense to me (Actually I've had now 900 brews on my side aswell as 22 kg used beans)
Thats why I've been added on the last version a sorting functionality aswell as a searching mechanism (you can add your coffee roaster name e.g. in the textfield)
What would be your use case to have the beans categorised together instead of filtering/sorting?
I hope the answer goes into the direction you wanted to know.
Else just let me know, you else also give me a small screenshot / painting where you show off the usability
Edit:
Or do you mean to show off:
Beans from variaty: Mundo Novo / Catuaí / Caturra / SL14 / SL28 / Catimor and so on?
(But that would mean that the information inside the app needs to be maintained
Enjoy the app!
Regards
Lars
