ΟΠΩΣΔΗΠΟΤΕ μυλο και
non-pressurized καλαθακι ,(στο ιντερνετ θα βρεις βιντεακια πως θα το κανεις ) τωρα εαν ειναι και naked ακομη καλυτερα.
Προθερμανση θα κανεις παντα για να παρουν ολα μια θερμοκρασια ( 3-4- και 5 φορες οπως ειπες )
Τον βαθμο κοψιματος θα τον βρεις μονος σου αναλογα τον καθε καφε και το γευστικο αποτελεσμα που εσενα θα σου αρεσει .

If you just use the un-pressurized basket (you may need to take out the plastic insert in the PF), and do a blank shot to warm the PF and head, you'll get most of the way to what you'd get with bottomless without the expense.
Bottomless looks good and all that, but with the smaller diameter basket, your puck will be thicker than standard, channeling less problematic. I found that unpressurized basket was all I needed to improve espresso from that machine. The frothing wand is junk, but if you just remove the frothing attachment, the remaining tip is short, but adequate to heat your milk, using a small pitcher.
Grinder and beans are important, as always, but in spite of the nay-sayers, the machine is capable of providing a decent (not great, but very drinkable) espresso. Longevity is another story, but when this one breaks, you'll have learned a lot from it. And it may well last you a few years, depending on luck, care, water chemistry, and luck
